Profile
With 25+ years of experience in photography I offer a boutique and bespoke service tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you communicate your message and brand with visual impact.
My journey into the world of photography began in 6th grade, in a humble school broom closet transformed into a makeshift darkroom. The transformative moment of witnessing a black and white print materialise in the developer tray for the first time ignited a lifelong passion; this early interest laid the foundation for a Fine Arts degree, majoring in photography, and a career spanning three decades.
At sixteen, I left school to take a job as a cadet news photographer for a rural newspaper in Victoria. Since then I have worked for News Corp newspapers The Daily Telegraph & The Sunday Telegraph in Sydney and The Herald Sun & The Sunday Herald Sun in Melbourne, as a freelance news photographer.
For 25+ years I have specialised in photographing for PR and communications companies, ad’ agencies, designers, event managers & planners, casting directors and casting agencies as well as working directly with private companies and corporations.
In addition to my stills photography, I am a freelance TV camera operator, with expertise in many areas of video and TV production. I will be doing more video work in the future; watch this space.
My portfolio features collaborations with top advertising agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and McCann, and major corporations such as Microsoft, Mastercard and McDonald’s. My work has been showcased in numerous, prominent publications across the globe and is held in prestigious institutions, including The State Library of Victoria, The State Library of NSW and The Museum of Australian Democracy, in Canberra.
In 2024 I was a semi finalist in the Sydney based, Head On, International Photo Awards.
I like a Piña colada and I am available for drinks, lunch, discussions and commissions. Please contact me for personalised, high quality, professional photography.
