I am a counsellor and recent psychology graduate after studying part-time for the past five years. Throughout my degree I have researched and learned additional educational material for personal and professional gain. Some of which include information on trauma, energy healing, plant medicine, holistic health, and spirituality.
I believe everyone has the ability to heal themselves with the appropriate guidance and support, and that all men and women have the power to reach self-actualisation via expansion of consciousness.
